It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we write to advise that our beloved colleague and mentor, the “Chief”, passed away last night, Monday, 18 March 2024. For those of us who had the privilege of knowing and learning from him, we will miss him immeasurably. Our thoughts and best wishes are with his family at this most difficult time.
