Hull to chair panel discussion on validity of gifts

Ian Hull

Toronto estates and trusts litigator Ian Hull will chair a panel discussion on the validity of gifts at the upcoming B’nai Brith Estates and Trusts CLE Seminar for Lawyers and Accountants.

On May 23, Hull, co-founding partner of Hull & Hull LLP, will explore the topic as it relates to an attorney for property while the donor/grantor is of questionable capacity. The discussions will follow a live vignette format featuring fictional litigants and modeled on estate planning family meetings.

The event runs from 7:30 a.m. – noon at the Shaarei Shomayim Synagogue, 470 Glencairn Ave. in Toronto and qualifies for CPD credit by the Law Society of Upper Canada. The cost of this program is $118 plus HST.
