Joanne Golden

Joanne practices exclusively with Atin Estate Law, in association with Hull & Hull, providing non-contentious estate law services, such as planning and preparing Wills and Powers of Attorney and estate administration.
Joanne assists executors and trustees in navigating the estate administration and probate process. She has a unique ability to deal with complex issues and provide sophisticated strategies in a manner that is relatable to clients. Her compassionate approach to client’s unique needs allows her to address delicate family dynamics and estate planning with sensitivity and professionalism.
Joanne further advanced her knowledge in the area of trusts and estates law by earning the designation of Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP). The TEP designation is earned through STEP Canada (the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners) and is an internationally recognized designation that differentiates qualified practitioners and demonstrates an advanced understanding of the trust and estates field. As part of her work towards achieving this designation, Joanne attained the award for the highest mark in Wills, Trust, and Estate Administration by STEP Canada.
Outside of the office Joanne enjoys spending time with her family.
