Elder Law Day is back by popular demand and is returning this June 20, 2024 at the OBA conference centre located at 20 Toronto Street.
Elder Law Day first launched in 2021 and will be back for its fourth year. Over the past four years, the Elder Law section of the OBA have been proud to organize and offer an event to professionals that gives attendees access to an expert faculty, who have dove into an array of important topics, such as: important case law updates and changes in legislation, long-term care and retirement home negligence, resources and supports, financial issues facing Canada’s aging population, and engaging and thoughtful keynote speakers.
