After completing her articles with Hull & Hull, Charlotte returned to the firm as an associate in 2018. Charlotte holds a J.D. from Queen’s University and a B.A. in English and Psychology from McGill University. While at law school, Charlotte was a student caseworker for the Queen’s Elder Law Clinic.
During her time at Hull & Hull, Charlotte co-authored the paper “What a Family Lawyer Needs to Know When Their Client Dies” with Suzana Popovic-Montag, which was presented by Popovic-Montag at the LSO’s Six-Minute Family Lawyer Program in December 2017. Charlotte also assisted Ian Hull and Suzana Popovic-Montag with updating the second edition of their book, Challenging the Validity of Wills, published by Thomson Reuters in 2018.
