Yalda Mostafaie

Yalda joined Hull & Hull LLP as an Associate in 2026, following her call to the bar in 2025.

Prior to joining the firm, Yalda articled at Whelton Hiutin LLP, where she gained experience across a broad range of litigation matters including commercial, real estate, construction, employment, and administrative law disputes, as well as judicial reviews, appeals, personal injury, medical malpractice, and class actions.

Yalda earned an Honours Bachelor of Science, with High Distinction, from the University of Toronto, and completed her legal education at the University of Ottawa, graduating cum laude in 2024.

Outside of her legal practice, Yalda enjoys spending time at the pottery studio, travelling, and cheering on her brother at his hockey games.
