McLelland, which highlights the key jurisdictional disputes that must be considered in estate litigation (read post).
  • Suzana Popovic-Montag provides a deep dive on the Court’s responsibility to admit all validly executed testamentary documents to probate – Suzana’s commentary on the Manitoba Court of Appeal’s 2024 decision in Henderson Estate (Re) is a key reminder for Canadian estates practitioners of their obligations to the court when submitting materials for probate (read post).
