Ian Hull LLM, Suzana Popovic-Montag, Sydney Osmar and Mark Lahn of Hull & Hull LLP, in partnership with Victoria Smith of Resolve Dispute Resolution and Laurie Stein, are pleased to announce a two-day training event designed to introduce estate litigators and professional neutrals to the knowledge and skills necessary to become collaborative practitioners. The training will be held on November 13 and 14, 2025, at the prestigious National Club in Toronto. A networking event will be held the evening of November 13th at the National Club’s rooftop restaurant.
Victoria is a collaborative lawyer and mediator, recently retired from client practice, with over 40 years experience. Laurie is a Collaborative Family Professional, mediator and therapist with over 30 years experience. Victoria and Laurie train collaborative professionals across North America and internationally. Victoria and Laurie are working closely with the Hull & Hull LLP team to develop a collaborative training program tailored to the needs of the Toronto estates bar.
