Prince’s Possible Heirs: An Update

In Ontario, an Estate Trustee has a duty to locate all heirs of a deceased.  This may including seeking an Order from the Court pursuant to the provision in the Children’s Law Reform Act, recently discussed in my blog entitled The Long Lost Child.
