Program to provide overview of trusts for family lawyers

Toronto trusts and estates litigator Ian Hull will be among the presenters at the Law Society of Upper Canada’s Basic to Complex Trust Issues for Family Law Lawyers program on Oct. 6.

From 9:20 – 10:15 a.m., Hull, co-founding partner of Hull & Hull LLP, will provide a family law update involving trusts, followed by a question-and-answer period.

He will also join a panel from 11:20 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. to present fact scenarios – a view from the bench and the bar.

The event will run from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Donald Lamont Learning Centre, located at 130 Queen St. W., in Toronto.
