Hull to speak at Law Society Estates and Trusts Summit

On Oct. 7, Toronto trusts and estates litigator Ian Hull will speak at the 18th Annual Estates and Trusts Summit, hosted by the Law Society of Upper Canada.

From 9:15 – 9:35 a.m., Hull, co-founding partner of Hull & Hull LLP, will discuss ‘Spence v. BMO Trust – Public Policy Limits.’ The two-day summit will take place Oct. 7 and 8 from 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., with day one delving into estate and trust litigation issues, and day two providing an update on domestic tax issues and best practices in estate and trust administration.

The event will be held at the Donald Lamont Learning Centre, located at 130 Queen St. W. in Toronto.
