Hull to discuss ethics, capacity at motor vehicle litigation event

Toronto trusts and estates lawyer Ian Hull will share his thoughts on the ethics of practice in the context of capacity issues at the Oatley McLeish Guide to Motor Vehicle Litigation 2015 event later this month.

On March 26, Hull, co-founder of Hull & Hull LLP, will join a panel from 1:50 to 2:35 p.m. to discuss the topic of “Acting for Children and the Mentally Incompetent – The Ethics of Practice for Those Lacking Capacity” as part of the two-day event hosted by the Law Society of Upper Canada.

The program will be held on March 26 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and March 27 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Donald Lamont Learning Centre, 130 Queen St. W., in Toronto, or via live webcast.
