Sarah Hyndman Fitzpatrick

Sarah joined the firm in 2006 and is one of the firm’s counsel. Sarah was called to the Ontario Bar in 1996 and practiced civil litigation in both Toronto and London, England prior to starting her own practice specializing in Estate and Trust Planning and will drafting in Toronto, Ontario.

Sarah has experience dealing with a wide range of estate planning issues including spousal wills, multiple wills, testamentary trusts, insurance designations, powers of attorney and living wills. She also advises on the administration of estates.

Sarah obtained her B.A. (Honours) and her LL.B. from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
