Craig R. Vander Zee

Craig R. Vander Zee joined the firm in 2006 as a partner. Craig also maintains a mediation practice through Hull Estate Mediation Inc.

Craig is a Certified Specialist in Estates and Trusts Law.

Craig is a speaker at Law Society of Upper Canada and Ontario Bar Association programs on estate and trust matters. He is also a guest lecturer at the M.B.A. law course at the Royal Military College. He is a former Adjunct Professor of Seneca College.

Craig is the author of several papers on estate matters, including:

• “Contempt Motions in the Context of Estate Litigation,” Law Society of Upper Canada Annual Estates and Trusts Forum
• “Managing Estate Litigation: Tips on Directing and Controlling Your Dispute,” Ontario Bar Association Annual Institute of Continuing Education

Craig has an LL.B. from Queen’s University and an Honours B.A. from the Royal Military College. He was called to the Bar in 1994.

Craig is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, the Trusts and Estates Section Executive of the Ontario Bar Association and the Advocates' Society. He is co-chair of the Ontario Bar Association’s Annual Institute, Trusts and Estates Section.
